Construction of three office buildings, four floors each, on a total area of 30,000 sqm including frame, envelope, finishings and systems on public land.

Overall project area is 45,000 sqm including a large park.

The park includes lawns, hills, an ecological pool, a water garden, sports installations for adults and children, and pergolas.

Each building has its own adjacent above-ground parking lot, and a system of paths paved with Bomanite concrete, smoothed and fit-together concrete floors on a high level.
